Key Responsibilities
- Build event door bags by stuffing them with samples and flyers before the event starts.
- Distribute door bags to attendees upon entering the venue and restock door bag trees as needed.
- Assist with registration duties, which include scanning tickets and managing lines to ensure guests enter smoothly.
- Provide information about activities at the show and how attendees can enter our exciting giveaways, distributing relevant materials based on their ticket type.
Key Qualifications
- Previous trade show or event experience is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity to work effectively within a team.
Additional Information
- Compensation: $18 per hour, paid via check after the event concludes on October 19.
- A 30-minute paid lunch break will be provided on the 18th and 19th.
- Please bring your own water bottle and snacks if you have dietary restrictions.
- Dress Code: Comfortable jeans and sneakers; a t-shirt will be provided at the event.
- Language Requirement: Must be able to fully speak and understand English clearly.
