About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual for an Activation, Field or BA Manager position with Humana. This role requires a proactive approach to managing event logistics and activations, ensuring successful execution and alignment with client objectives.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Performing all services consistent with and reasonably inferable to be required within the scope of this agreement.
  • Executing services with best efforts and in a manner consistent with professional industry standards.
  • Timely performance of all services, working from location(s) as requested by the Producer, including offices and/or on-site at various locations, venues, and events.
  • Refraining from any unlawful, harmful, or dangerous conduct while performing services.
  • Providing weekly event expense reports with itemized receipts of pre-approved expenses.
  • Performing any other services as reasonably requested by the client.
  • Providing Consultant’s own equipment to perform services, unless otherwise directed by the Producer.
  • Following all relevant directions from the client Market Manager.

Pre-Planning Responsibilities:

  • Receiving program assets ASAP, at least two weeks before the first event.
  • Consultant to not exceed 20 hours per week for pre-planning; any additional hours require written approval.
  • Participating in communication with the local Humana client to coordinate event logistics.
  • Conducting local event research.
  • Leading event organizer communications and logistics.
  • Coordinating local "plus-ups" (e.g., cookies, hot chocolate, crafts).
  • Preparing activation plans.
  • Preparing event recaps.
  • Managing inventory (premiums, uniforms, flyers, signage, etc.).
  • Purchasing any necessary event supplies.
  • Performing any other project management duties as directed by the Account Team.

Event Day Responsibilities:

  • Managing on-site activation.
  • Coordinating asset management transport needs (e.g., van rental, pick-up from warehouse, drop-offs at warehouse).

Requirements

  • Consultant to provide Consultant's own equipment to perform the services (unless otherwise directed by Producer).

Responsibilities

  • Perform the services required of it on such dates as directed by Producer and using best efforts and in a manner consistent with professional industry standards.

  • Refrain from engaging in any unlawful, harmful, or dangerous conduct while performing services for Producer.
  • Provide event expense reports with itemized receipts of pre-approved expenses on a weekly basis.
  • Receive program assets ASAP before the first event, in 2 weeks.
  • Participate in communication with local Humana client to coordinate event logistics.
