Job Overview
As a representative of HP and 2020 Companies, this role focuses on increasing brand awareness and retail presence through effective training and engaging marketing strategies. You will visit 1 to 4 stores daily to promote HP products and foster relationships with retail staff and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate HP products to store management, staff, and customers, ensuring they are knowledgeable about product features and benefits.
- Drive sales and product awareness through engaging training sessions and interactive consumer activities.
- Achieve and maintain program KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure success in assigned territory.
- Build rapport with store management and staff to create strong partnerships and enhance retail presence.
- Schedule and facilitate comprehensive sales training for retail associates.
- Assess and communicate needs for marketing materials and promotional collateral to effectively support sales efforts.
- Document and report all sales activities, schedules, and best practices for continuous improvement of the program.
- Collect customer feedback to inform product recommendations and enhance service offerings.
- Maintain brand merchandising standards in retail locations to ensure a consistent brand experience.
- Coach and mentor part-time colleagues to support their development and integration within the team.
