Overview
As a key member of the Brand Emotion team, you will be responsible for maintaining accountability and accurate inventory management for our client, a leading healthcare provider. Key Responsibilities
- Provide an initial count of all items upon receipt, including those tagged with individual ID numbers.
- Update inventory counts weekly to ensure accuracy.
- Offer open supply pickup windows at the storage unit 2-3 times a week during accessible working hours.
- Document items given to or returned by Field Representatives.
- Occasionally deliver supplies to new Representatives starting their field assignments.
- Address basic supply inquiries from Representatives.
- Conduct meetings with Representatives who are leaving the program within a 48-hour window to retrieve any leftover assets.
- Maintain open communication with warehousing partners and relay any pertinent issues.
- Adhere to protocols for unit closure, including trash removal.
Physical Requirements
- Must be capable of lifting over 20 pounds and working in environments that may be dusty, dirty, and subject to variable temperatures.
Language Proficiency
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
