About This Role
WorkGenius is seeking dynamic and professional individuals to join our team as a Retail Activation Specialist. In this role, you will be the brand's eyes and ears in various retail locations, ensuring optimal product presentation and availability.
This position is based in Philadelphia, PA, covering stores throughout the city. You will have the flexibility to build your own weekly routes from a provided list of store locations.
The assignment is scheduled to start ASAP and continue for approximately 3 months. You will have the autonomy to create your own schedule, working approximately 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with store retailers and key stakeholders.
- Ensuring product availability and proper shelf placement, including cold boxes and displays.
- Maximizing brand presence through in-store displays, signage, and point-of-sale (POS) materials.
- Maintaining product freshness through proper rotation and compliance with standards.
- Servicing a set route of approximately 10–15 accounts per day, subject to variation based on the market.
- Submitting daily updates and maintaining accurate records using CRM tools (e.g., Repsly).
- Participating in meetings and providing feedback on retail execution and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to clear an MVR.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, with a focus on in-store visits.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various store environments (cold vaults, ladders, etc.).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Compensation for this role is $30/hr, paid weekly by direct deposit on Fridays. This is a W2 position.
