Brand Emotion Inventory Management

As the Inventory Manager, you will be pivotal in maintaining accountability within our market. Your meticulous tracking of each distributed item is crucial to our client, a leading healthcare provider. You will serve as the essential link, ensuring our Field Operations are equipped with necessary supplies while upholding accountability for our stakeholders.

You must be available for at least two 2-hour time blocks per week for product pickup, with one occurring on a weekend and one on a weekday.

• Provide an initial count of all items upon receipt, including those with individual ID numbers.
• Furnish ongoing updates to this count on a weekly basis.
• Be available to provide open supply pickup windows at the storage unit 2-3 times a week during accessible working hours.
• Accurately document supplies provided to and returned by Field Representatives.
• Be willing to occasionally deliver supplies to new Field Representatives.
• Address basic supply inquiries from Representatives.
• Meet with Representatives no longer on the program within a 48-hour window to retrieve any remaining assets.
• Maintain open communication with our warehousing partners and report any issues.
• Adhere to protocols for unit closure, including trash removal.
• Capable of lifting over 20 pounds and working in dusty, dirty, and variable temperature environments.

This role is estimated to be 5-10 hours a week, depending on market size, at a rate of $30/hr when conducting inventory-related activities.
