About This Role

NX5 Theatrical LLC is seeking enthusiastic FOH Staff to join "The Empire Strips Back: A Burlesque Parody Production" in Phoenix. We're looking for dedicated individuals to fill roles as Ticket Scanners and Merch Sales Leads.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of an extraordinary theatrical experience.

Compensation:

  • $20/hr for Door/Ticket Staff
  • $22.50/hr for Merch Sales Leads

Location: Herberger Theater, 222 East Monroe Street, Phoenix, 85004

Production Schedule:

  • Wednesdays & Thursdays: 1 Show @ 7:30 PM
  • Fridays: 1 Show @ 7:00 PM
  • Saturdays: 2 Shows @ 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM
  • Sundays: 1 Show @ 4:00 PM

Staff are required to arrive 2 hours before each showtime.

Key Dates:

  • October 1st: Orientation and Merch Setup
  • October 2nd: Finish Setup/Opening Night
  • October 19th: Closing Show/4 Hour Load Out immediately after the last show

Please note: The production schedule is subject to change; all company members will be notified in advance if this occurs.

Requirements:

  • Full availability for all production dates
  • Significant experience in customer service and event management
  • Demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and reliability
  • Must be local to the Phoenix area (transportation is not provided)
