Role Overview

As a demo ambassador/merchandiser for Moment, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand at various retail locations. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals passionate about our product, who can effectively communicate its benefits to customers and ensure it is prominently featured in stores.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging in-store demonstrations to showcase Moment's products.
Educate customers on product benefits and the unique story behind the Moment brand.
Merchandise by winning secondary placements, setting up displays, and ensuring product visibility on shelves.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to gauge the success of demos and events.
Represent Moment at retail and promotional events, setting up spaces, showcasing products, and offering samples to potential customers.

Requirements

• Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred
• Ability to develop and leverage relationships
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Independently capable of working with minimal supervision
• Availability to commit 2-8 hours per week
• Willing to travel and work on weekends
• Access to a car and reliable transportation
