Belgian Boys In-Store Demos

Mariano Events is seeking professional Brand Ambassadors for in-store demonstrations of a variety of products. This role involves 3-4 hour demos primarily on weekends, with a pay rate of $28/hr.

We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to represent brands at events, promotions, and in-store demonstrations. Ideal candidates will be professional, well-spoken, reliable, and self-motivated, possessing excellent verbal communication skills. Brand Ambassadors must have the ability to generate brand sales through engaging with consumers.

To ensure your success, participation in our online training and product education is required.

Required Experience/Skills:

• Must be outgoing, professional, reliable, and motivated.
• Comfortable conversing with consumers, speaking in front of crowds, and interacting with clients.
• 1-2 years of promotional and/or tradeshow experience.
• Reliable transportation to event locations.
• Ability to lift 35lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Arriving on time to all events.
• Retaining brand knowledge through training calls and presentations, and intelligently communicating key message points to consumers.
• Attracting, interacting with, and encouraging consumers to participate in demonstrations.
• _Directing consumers to featured products.
• Distributing premiums and maintaining an accurate inventory of sampled products.
• Collecting feedback from every target consumer sampling the product.
• Setting up, maintaining, and breaking down event spaces.
• Possessing knowledge of standard food safety rules and maintaining the cleanliness of the event area.
• Communicating with Supervisors/Managers regarding all urgent matters during events.
• Adhering to uniform policy.
