Position Overview
FLEX-ROC by T-ROC is looking for energetic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Event Sales Specialists. This short-term, high-impact role involves representing leading consumer brands at major retailers such as Costco, Sam’s Club, and BJ’s during captivating 10-day roadshows.
As an Event Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:
- Set up and maintain designated displays and demo stations to effectively showcase products.
- Create eye-catching product arrangements and ensure all promotional materials, signage, and samples are displayed accurately.
- Approach and engage customers in a friendly manner to promote and sell products.
- Provide product demonstrations, explaining key features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Utilize required apps and digital tools for timekeeping and sales reporting, accurately logging all sales activity in real-time.
- Adhere to all store-specific and T-ROC safety protocols, including hygiene regulations, during events.

Requirements
- • High School diploma or relevant work experience preferred
- • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check
- • Auto insurance that meets minimum coverage requirements as defined by T-ROC
- • Strong communication skills
