VIBRANT Studios invites you to be part of the magic with our world-class immersive adventures, offering a legendary Dungeons & Dragons fantasy experience. Located in Plano, Texas, our venue boasts stunning 360° projections, life-size artifacts, and a magical boutique designed to transport fans into their favorite campaigns.
Schedule
We offer flexible and rotating shifts primarily from Wednesday to Sunday, with 1-2 guaranteed shifts each week. The hours of operation for the venue are:
- Wednesday: 3pm - 9pm
- Thursday: 3pm - 9pm
- Friday: 1pm - 10pm
- Saturday: 10am - 10pm
- Sunday: 10am - 10pm
Schedules are shared two weeks in advance to help staff confirm their availability.
Training
Training will be provided to ensure you’re ready to jump into this exciting role!

Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet customers, ensuring they feel welcome.
- Efficiently manage ticket sales through a computerized system.
- Provide information on event schedules, pricing, and promotions.
- Address customer inquiries effectively and professionally.
- Maintain and demonstrate accuracy when using POS systems.
- Keep up to date with promotions and events at the venue.
