About This Role
We are seeking passionate, reliable, energetic, and health-conscious individuals to join our team as Field Market Managers and Brand Ambassadors. You will be responsible for sampling our client's premium kimchi at various Costco locations nationwide, representing a brand that has been a leader in Korean pantry staples since 1956 and the number one producer of authentic Kimchi since 1987. Their kimchi products are celebrated for their quality ingredients, plant-forward nature, gluten-free certification, and probiotic richness, available globally.
Our client's Kimchi is specially crafted to encourage beneficial lactic acid and bacteria while inhibiting other microbes, ensuring a safe and stable fermentation process that delivers a high-quality product with deep, authentic flavor. As part of the Costco Roadshow events, you will provide an exclusive in-store experience, allowing customers to try and purchase these premium items for a limited time. Your role will involve showcasing these exceptional products through tastings and direct engagement, highlighting the unparalleled quality of these fermented foods.
- PAY: FMM $35 / HR, BA $30 / HR

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a Food Handler Certification/ServSafe Certification (or the ability to obtain one upon hiring).
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to confidently discuss the brand, effectively sharing key messages and product details with consumers.
- Proven ability to achieve high sales goals through active shopper engagement and highlighting current sales opportunities.
- Comfortable with tracking inventory to maintain proper stock levels during demonstrations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with customers and store staff.
- Comfortable conducting in-store demonstrations and working towards ambitious sales targets.
- A strong passion for health and "better-for-you" brands.
