About This Role
We are seeking passionate, reliable, energetic, health-conscious, and experienced Field Marketing Managers & Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations of our client's premium kimchi at various Costco locations nationwide.
Pay: Field Marketing Manager (FMM) $35 per hour, Brand Ambassador (BA) $30 per hour. Paid as a W2 Employee.
Dates: December 26, 2025 - December 29, 2025
Shift Times:
- Friday, December 26, 2025: 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Saturday, December 27, 2025: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Sunday, December 28, 2025: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Monday, December 29, 2025: 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Our client has been a leader in Korean pantry staples since 1956 and the number one producer of authentic kimchi since 1987. Their kimchi products are made with quality ingredients, are plant-forward, gluten-free, and probiotic-rich, available across the globe. The unique fermentation process encourages beneficial lactic acid and bacteria, delivering high-quality kimchi with deep flavor.
You will be showcasing these products at Costco Roadshow events, a special in-store experience where customers gain exclusive access to try and purchase premium items for a limited time. These demonstrations will allow customers to taste and experience the quality of these premium, fermented foods firsthand.
Requirements:
- Must have a Food Handler Certification/ServSafe Certification (or the ability to obtain one upon hiring).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to confidently articulate brand messaging and product details to consumers.
- Proven ability to achieve high sales goals by actively engaging shoppers and highlighting current sales opportunities.
- Comfortable tracking inventory to ensure proper stock levels during the demonstration.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with customers and store staff.
- Comfortable conducting in-store demonstrations and working towards sales targets.
- Possess a passion for health and "better for you" brands.
