Role Overview
We are excited to launch a field marketing program in five markets across the US, aimed at boosting brand awareness and driving sales through high-profile experiential events. As the Field Activation Manager, you will be responsible for creating authentic connections between our brand and consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, evaluate, and secure marketing partnerships and sampling opportunities at local events, festivals, and businesses.
- Work with agencies to develop a comprehensive in-market field calendar for all partnership activities and product drops.
- Hire, manage, and train a full team of Brand Ambassadors, ensuring seamless execution of events that adhere to brand standards.
- Oversee event logistics, including preparation, execution, breakdown, and post-event analysis.
- Collect and share valuable feedback from retail and consumers that informs innovation and quality control decisions.
