We are launching a field marketing program in five key US markets to significantly boost brand awareness and drive sales through innovative, high-profile experiential events.

  • Research, identify, evaluate, negotiate, secure, and execute marketing partnerships and sampling opportunities at local events, festivals, venues, and businesses to foster genuine and authentic connections with consumers.
  • Support effective and breakthrough local marketing initiatives by securing on-brand, local sampling opportunities that increase brand awareness and drive sales back to retail.
  • Collaborate closely with the agency to develop a comprehensive in-market field calendar for all sampling, partnership/product drops, and events, ensuring alignment on scheduling and local market initiatives.
  • Staff, hire, and manage a full team of Brand Ambassadors, including understanding program budget, scheduling day-to-day activations, program recaps, timesheet, and expense approvals.
  • Train a team of part-time Brand Ambassadors by providing ongoing product education, brand guidelines for sampling, and ensuring all events are executed to brand standards.
  • Manage and allocate the local market budget, with a focus on Brand Ambassador hour tracking, local event budgets, in-kind trade agreements, product orders, supplies, and events.
  • Oversee all event logistics, from pre-event preparations, setup, and execution to breakdown and post-event analysis.
  • Coordinate event and street sampling schedules, along with other local marketing partnerships.
  • Gather, track, and share valuable retail and consumer feedback to contribute to innovation, quality control, and other important branding decisions.
