Ryl Tea Sampling Activation

Ryl Tea is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to join our Portland street team. You will be the face of Ryl Tea, engaging with the community through guerrilla sampling activations at farmers markets, public parks, and other high-traffic areas. Your primary goal is to introduce individuals to Ryl Tea flavors, drive trial, and encourage purchases at Plaid Pantry.

This is a flexible commitment with both weekend and weekday shifts available over the next few weeks.

What You’ll Do:

• Sample full cans of Ryl Tea across different flavors with the public.
• Share brand knowledge, answer basic product questions, and highlight Plaid Pantry availability.
• Distribute coupons and encourage customers to shop at local Plaid Pantry locations.
• Transport and set up sampling supplies, including picking up cases of tea from our local distributor and utilizing a cooler & wagon (cooler backpacks optional) for product sampling.
• Maintain accurate records of sampling activity and consumer feedback.
• Uphold a fun, professional, and engaging brand presence at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable engaging with strangers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in the field.
• Physically able to lift and transport cases of beverages and a cooler/wagon.
• Previous brand ambassador or field marketing experience is required.
• Personal Transportation for Guerrilla Marketing.
• Driver's License.
