About the Role
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and sales-focused Brand Ambassadors to support an engaging in-store event at select Publix locations throughout the month of October.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of a heritage snack brand known for its delicious, crispy plantain chips. This role involves setting up an inviting display by bringing your own table and tablecloth, sampling products, and actively engaging with shoppers. Your primary goal will be to encourage product trials and boost sales by connecting with three key types of shoppers:
- Flavor Explorers: Younger, adventurous snackers who appreciate energy and excitement.
- Comfort Cravers: Family-oriented shoppers who value tradition and cultural roots.
- Clean Ingredient Families: Busy parents focused on healthy, clean-label snacks.
Responsibilities
- Complete a brief video interview and attend virtual live training.
- Set up and maintain a well-organized demo station.
- Wear a branded hat (provided) and arrive on time.
- Sample products and engage customers to drive purchases.
- Stay in touch with the program lead and send recap photos during your shift.

Requirements
