Job Overview
As a Brand Ambassador for Bacardi USA Portfolio, you will serve as the face of the brand, promoting a well-known beverage line and engaging with consumers at various events. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Event Managers to prepare for each event, receive training, and report results.
- Actively encourage consumer engagement with brand activations.
- Distribute marketing materials and promotional items, enhancing the brand experience.
- Communicate market insights and trends to the Regional Manager through recap reports and event photography.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of promotional assets before and after events.
Ideal Candidate Traits:
- Fun, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
- Passion for engaging with consumers and creating excitement around the brand.
- Previous experience in marketing events, such as being a Brand Ambassador or Promo Model is preferred.
Scheduling and Pay:
- Work sporadically throughout the year with flexible day and night shifts.
- Events typically last around 3 hours, paying $30+ per hour with bi-weekly pay schedules.
