Expectations

As a Sales Associate/Brand Champion, you will actively engage customers, educate them about our products, and transform samples into sales, pushing multi-unit purchases whenever possible. Your performance will be reflected in weekly sales reports to ensure rewards align with your efforts.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • TIPS Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to own a table & black tablecloth
  • Attendance at a brand training session
  • Comfortable receiving a branding kit via mail

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-event store walkthroughs to check inventory and connect with managers.
  • Set up and break down the event space professionally.
  • Engage guests, educate them about the product, and convert samples into purchases.
  • Promote multi-unit sales and close deals with incentives.
  • Submit an event recap within 24 hours detailing sales performance.
