Total Wireless Holiday Promotion

Elevate is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to support a series of holiday promotional activations for Total Wireless at local stores nationwide. If you enjoy engaging with customers, spreading holiday cheer, and representing top brands, we’d love to hear from you!

Event Duration: 4–4.5 hours per shift

PAY RATES

• Team Lead: $33/hr
• Brand Ambassador: $30/hr

Each activation will consist of 1 Team Lead + 1 Brand Ambassador.

TEAM LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leads play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and successful activation. Responsibilities include:

• Providing a valid shipping address to receive the activation kit
• Receiving a shipment that includes:
  • Branded satchel bag
  • Promotional offer flyers
  • Branded activation shirts for both the TL and BA
  • Total Wireless flag (if applicable)
• Transporting the kit to the activation site and safeguarding all materials
• Distributing shirts/jackets to the Brand Ambassador
• Communicating with and checking in with the Store Manager upon arrival
• Coordinating onsite needs, setup, and event flow
• Capturing and sending event photos to the designated group chat during the shift
• Completing the required Event Recap through the client portal at the end of the activation

Note: Only apply for the Team Lead role if you can commit fully to your selected shift, due to responsibility for the shipped kit.

BRAND AMBASSADOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Arrive onsite on time and introduce yourself to the Store Manager
• Change into branded attire provided by the Team Lead
• Unbox and set up event materials, including flyers and branded flag
• Engage warmly with customers and local foot traffic
• Hand out flyers, promote the holiday offer, and encourage visits into the store
• Request any helpful tips from the Store Manager on effective engagement for that store
• Create a welcoming, energetic experience for shoppers
• Capture and send activation photos to the group chat throughout the event
