Sebamed Skincare Product Demonstrations

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Brand Ambassador for Sebamed Skincare. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and showcasing the quality of our skincare products.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will conduct roadshows at various retail stores, focusing on creating an interactive and educational experience for customers. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and distributing samples, educating customers on product benefits and usage, and demonstrating how our products work effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized display of merchandise, testers, and demonstration tools.

Key responsibilities include tracking inventory and daily sales, providing informed answers to customer questions about our products, and meticulous preparation for in-store demonstrations, including setup, breakdown, product preparation, and sampling.

• Schedule: Hours vary depending on location and roadshow needs. Flexibility is essential, as schedules may change and weekend availability is required. Please note there may be periods with no work based on location unless you are willing to travel to further locations.
• On-Call Availability: You may be called in with short notice, so being available and adaptable is important.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation is required to travel to assigned locations.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout your shift.
• Customer Engagement: Must be comfortable actively engaging with customers—answering questions, sharing product details, and creating a positive experience.
