About This Role
We are seeking passionate, reliable, energetic, and experienced In-Store Demo Representatives to prepare, cook, and sample a variety of food products at wholesale restaurant supply stores nationwide.
As an In-Store Representative, you will represent a well-known restaurant supply company dedicated to professionals in the food service industry. You will introduce customers to new products and brands through both cooking and non-cooking demonstrations. Your role will also involve merchandising, building strong customer relationships, gathering valuable feedback, and ultimately driving sales.
Pay: Based on location, paid as a W2 Employee
Dates: March, 2025 - Ongoing
Days: Monday - Friday demos (No weekends)
Duration: 4-hour demos
Shift Times:
- 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
- 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

- 1-6 demos per week on a weekly basis

Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain an appealing demo station within the store.
- Prepare and distribute samples of food products to highlight product offerings. Cooking skills are required for this task. Examples of dishes you may prepare include:
- Deep frying chicken tenders
- Searing fish filets
- Burgers/Hot Sandwiches
- Smoothies
- And more!
- Engage with consumers to educate them on the featured products, benefits, and ingredients, actively selling promoted products utilizing strong sales techniques.
- Comfortably discuss product suitability and application in professional kitchens with restaurant owners and chefs.
- Gather feedback from consumers and communicate it effectively to the appropriate teams.
