About This Role

We are seeking a motivated Merchandiser to represent Labrada Nutrition in HEB grocery stores across the San Antonio and Austin markets. The ideal candidate will visit multiple stores each week, foster relationships with Healthy Living Managers, ensure product availability, and aim to increase our product’s in-store visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit assigned HEB stores weekly to check on product placement and stock.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Healthy Living Managers to understand store needs and gather feedback.
  • Ensure distribution accuracy by checking for missing orders or discrepancies and communicating them back to the company.
  • Work with store managers to potentially secure additional shelf or display space for products.
  • Provide weekly reports detailing store visits, interactions, and any relevant insights during scheduled calls.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or related fields is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a regional territory.
  • Fully Speak/Understand English
  • Brand Ambassador Manager
