Staffing for 2026 Sporting Events

Elevate is expanding our national roster in preparation for major international sporting events across the U.S. in 2026. We anticipate a high volume of promotional, hospitality, and fan-engagement opportunities, and we are building a waitlist of talented and reliable staff to support these large-scale activations. If you enjoy interacting with people, bringing energy to events, and representing brands with professionalism, we want you on our team!

Event and fan experiences will be hosted in multiple U.S. cities, including:

We are seeking experienced and entry-level staff for positions including:

• Brand Ambassadors
• Hospitality & Guest Services Staff
• Street Teams & Fan Engagement Staff
• Registration & Check-In Staff
• Lead Brand Ambassadors
• Field Managers / Team Leads

What We Look For:

• Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude
• Experience in events, customer service, or promotions (preferred, not required)
• Reliable transportation
• Flexibility during peak event dates (summer 2026)
• Ability to work in high-traffic, fast-paced environments
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply

Compensation rates vary per role and market but typically range from $25–$40/hr, depending on the activation and position.
