About This Role
Busy Bee Promotions is seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to join our team as "Bees" for exciting outdoor Grand Opening events at Aldi grocery stores.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Aldi, engaging with customers as they arrive and queue. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Encouraging customers to participate in the Grand Opening contest for a chance to win a $500 Aldi Gift Card.
- Assisting customers with scanning QR codes for contest entries using a mobile device or tablet.
- Discussing engaging Aldi Finds products and other Aldi-approved talking points relevant to the Grand Opening.
- Providing a generally upbeat, welcoming, and friendly experience for all attendees.
Throughout the event, you will be responsible for collecting data and capturing photographs for recap purposes, while continuously interacting with the public.
We are looking for individuals who are outgoing and eager to engage with customers about the Grand Opening contest. Candidates must also be able to lift 30 lbs for setting up signs and stands.
For the event, Brand Ambassadors are required to wear their own dark blue jeans (clean, not torn or frayed) and clean, closed-toed neutral or shirt-matching gym shoes. An Aldi Grand Opening t-shirt will be provided by Busy Bee Promotions.
There will be 4 Brand Ambassadors per event. On-site times are scheduled for 6:30 am - 10:30 am and 7:30 am - 11:30 am. The pay for the day is $110. Travel over 60 miles will be approved.
