Job Overview
HP has partnered with 2020 Companies to hire a Territory Retail Sales Representative. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for visiting 1 to 4 stores each day, enhancing sales through effective training of retail associates on HP products and generating excitement surrounding the HP brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate HP products to retailers' management, staff, and customers within your assigned territory.
- Increase product awareness and sales through engaging training sessions and interactive consumer activities.
- Achieve and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Build and nurture relationships with store management and staff in each territory.
- Schedule and conduct sales and product training sessions.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HP products to improve their everyday life.
- Document sales activities and best practices while providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain brand merchandising standards and ensure compliance across retail locations.
- Mentor and coach part-time associates while managing your territory autonomously.
