About the Role
We’re seeking friendly, reliable, and sales-focused Brand Ambassadors for exciting in-store events at select Publix locations. If you have a passion for snacks made from clean ingredients and love engaging with customers, we invite you to represent a heritage snack brand renowned for its delicious, crispy plantain chips.
Event Details:
- Dates: Entire month of October
- Shift Time: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (4 hours)
- Pay: $25/hr, up to $100 per demo
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, setting up your own inviting display, sampling products, and engaging with shoppers to encourage trial and boost sales. Your goal is to connect with three types of shoppers:
1. Flavor Explorers: Younger, adventurous snackers who are eager to try something new.
2. Comfort Cravers: Family-oriented shoppers who appreciate the nostalgia and cultural significance of our plantain chips.
3. Clean Ingredient Families: Busy parents looking for snacks made from simple, wholesome ingredients.
What You’ll Do
- Complete a short video interview and attend virtual live training
- Bring your own table and tablecloth (required)
- Wear a provided branded hat
- Arrive on time, set up, and maintain a clean demo station
- Sample products, engage customers, and drive sales
- Maintain communication with the program lead and provide recap photos during your shift

- Have prior demo, sales, or customer service experience
- Communicate effectively and maintain professionalism in-store
- Are able to stand for 4 hours and lift light materials
