Seeking a discreet and observant individual for the role of Secret Spot Checker for the Bacardi Portfolio. This role involves evaluating promotional activations to ensure brand standards and promotional staff (PS) performance.
The frequency of assignments varies depending on your availability, activation location, and program needs, currently averaging 0–2 spot checks per month, with the potential for increase.
Your primary responsibility will be to discreetly observe staff performance without revealing your identity as a spot checker. Key aspects to evaluate include:
- Promotional staff speaking positively about the product.
- Correct sample size distribution.
- Adherence to uniform guidelines.
- Proper setup of table displays.
- Active engagement with customers.
- Recommendation of other Bacardi portfolio products if a guest does not prefer the sampled spirit.
Each activation typically requires a stay of only about 15 minutes, but you will be compensated for a full hour of work per spot check.

- Complete a 14-question recap form detailing the event's execution and the promotional staff's performance.
