Lids/Champion Event Setup Help

We are seeking an adaptable and motivated individual for a Set-up/Labor Helper role to assist with event logistics at Notre Dame University. This position involves both set-up and dismantle responsibilities.

The primary duties include:

• Unloading box trucks
• Unpacking display properties
• Lifting and assembling display assets and graphics
• Assisting the onsite manager with complete event space setup
• Assisting with the dismantle and repacking of assets after the event

This role requires heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and ladder climbing.

We also require one individual to serve as a Brand Ambassador during the event. Our preference is for one of the production assistants hired for set-up/dismantle to fill this role. Responsibilities will include assisting our client as a runner/helper during the event and potentially helping with surveys.

Dates and Times:

• Set Up: Friday, October 17th - approximately 6-8 hours (exact times TBD)
• Dismantle: Saturday, October 18th - after the event is complete, approximately 4 hours (exact times TBD)

Candidates must be available both days.

Attire: Solid color, unbranded shirt (preferably black), shorts/t-shirts, and sneakers. Please avoid large logos, pictures, sayings, or torn clothing. Please bring your own food and drinks for breaks.
