We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our products are displayed effectively and in accordance with brand standards in retail stores. As a Merchandiser, you will work closely with store managers and sales teams to ensure optimal product placement and inventory organization, driving sales and improving the customer shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

A day in the life includes:

• Ensuring products are displayed according to planograms, shelf layouts, and company guidelines.
• Replenishing shelves, coolers, and displays to maintain inventory levels and ensure product availability.
• Organizing and cleaning product displays to maintain an attractive and efficient shopping environment.
• Building and maintaining promotional displays to drive sales.
• Monitoring inventory levels and maintaining proper stock levels.
• Building strong relationships with store managers and staff to communicate and resolve merchandising issues.
• Providing feedback on product performance, customer preferences, and merchandising strategies.
• Performing regular reports for their customers.
