Kombucha Culture Sampling Demo

Kombucha Culture, the leading kombucha brand in Costa Rica, is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent our brand during in-store sampling demonstrations. You will engage with shoppers, offer samples, share our brand story, and distribute coupons to drive trial and sales of our products.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for setting up and managing your demo table and supplies, including cups, samples, and coupons. You will actively engage with consumers to explain Kombucha Culture products and encourage them to try our kombucha. Maintaining a clean, friendly, and professional demo station is crucial. After each demo, you will track consumer interactions and provide valuable feedback.

We are looking for individuals with previous demo or brand ambassador experience, which is strongly preferred. You must be outgoing, approachable, and confident in speaking with shoppers. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to manage demo setup independently are essential. Candidates must provide their own demo table and sample cups, while the brand supplies the product and coupons.

This is an independent contractor (1099) position for a 3-hour in-store demo (on-site). You will be paid for 4 hours total at a $120 flat rate to cover travel, setup, and breakdown. Parking is typically available on-site, with details varying by location. A uniform of clean, casual, and approachable attire is required, with specific details provided before each event. Payment will be made via direct deposit or check within 14 business days. This role requires you to fully speak and understand English as an in-store demonstrator.
