About This Role
We are seeking energetic and guest-focused Brand Ambassadors and Leads to join our team for a limited-time, tropical-themed mobile tour. This immersive pop-up activation will transform everyday parking lots into full-blown summer experiences, featuring carnival games, a GIF/photo station, product sampling, and exclusive merchandise giveaways.
We're looking for individuals who bring amazing energy, can effectively engage guests at game stations, and enjoy helping them create memorable GIFs at our photo booth. Ideal candidates will be proactive, reliable, and thrive on engagement, guiding attendees through the experience to unlock limited-edition merchandise. This is an active role that requires constant guest interaction and enthusiasm.
Brand Ambassador Responsibilities ($30/hour):
- Greet guests and explain the event "passport"
- Operate carnival-style games, such as Pineapple Bobbing
- Distribute cold product samples
- Guide guests at photo and GIF stations
- Manage merchandise redemptions and prize giveaways
Assistant Local Lead Responsibilities ($33/hour):
- Arrive early to assist with event setup
- Help manage the Brand Ambassador team, ensuring high energy levels and coordinating breaks
- Assist the Tour Manager with restocking product and merchandise
- Support the flow of guests across all stations and provide assistance as needed
- Perform light reporting and provide feedback
Uniform:
- Branded long-sleeve shirt (provided)
- Branded hat (provided)
- Clean white tennis shoes
