Lemon Perfect In-Store Demo

Mariano Events is actively seeking professional Brand Ambassadors for engaging in-store demonstrations, specifically featuring Lemon Perfect and a variety of other exciting products. This role involves 3-4 hour demonstrations, primarily on weekends, with a competitive pay rate of $28/hr.

We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals who excel in events, promotions, and in-store product demonstrations. Successful candidates will be professional, well-spoken, reliable, and self-motivated, possessing excellent verbal communication skills. A key responsibility of our Brand Ambassadors is the ability to drive brand sales through dynamic consumer engagement.

Required Experience/Skills:

• Must be outgoing, professional, reliable, and highly motivated.
• Comfortable engaging with consumers, speaking to groups, and interacting with clients.
• 1-2 years of experience in promotional activities and/or tradeshows.
• Must have reliable transportation to event locations.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Arriving punctually to all scheduled events.
• Retaining comprehensive brand knowledge through training calls and presentations, and intelligently communicating key message points to consumers.
• Attracting, interacting with, and encouraging consumer participation.
• Directing consumers to the various products being sampled.
• Distributing premiums and maintaining accurate inventory of sampled products.
• Collecting valuable feedback from all target consumers who sample the product.
• Efficiently setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the event space.
• Adhering to standard food safety regulations and maintaining the cleanliness of the event area.
• Effectively communicating with your Supervisor/Manager regarding all urgent matters during events.
• Strict adherence to the uniform policy.
