Fox Sports Tailgate Tour

We are seeking outgoing and dependable brand ambassadors to represent national sponsors at The Tailgate Tour, presented by Fox Sports Radio. This high-energy event will take place prior to the MSU vs. Texas football game, offering a fun and exciting atmosphere. We are looking for individuals with outgoing personalities and experience engaging with crowds to capture attention during the pre-game tailgate experience.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with fantastic sponsors, which will be a great addition to your resume. The brand ambassador role is engaging, enjoyable, and rewarding for outgoing individuals. Key responsibilities include: smiling, reciting brand messaging, preparing samples/merchandising, and being camera-ready at all times.

Event Details:

• EVENT: Tailgate Tour presented by Fox Sports Radio
• Address: Hood Rd, Mississippi State, MS 39762
• Tent Location: Fanfest tailgate area next to the stadium
• EVENT DATE: Saturday, October 25, 2025
• BA HOURS: To be announced when game time is released (typically the Monday before the event).

Compensation:

• MASCOT: $30/hour
• SETUP/TEAR DOWN: $28/hour (Friday, October 24, time to be announced)

Payment will be made via direct deposit within 14 business days of the event. A bank account and submitted W9 are required for payment; cash app payments are not available.

Attire & Professional Presence:

A branded T-shirt will be provided. Please wear black or khaki shorts or pants, and comfortable closed-toe shoes. As the face of the company, a professional demeanor and presence are essential. Visible arm tattoos must be covered (please provide a photo if unsure). Hair, makeup, and nail colors must be natural. You must be smiling and photo-ready at all times.

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for friendly engagement with event attendees, sharing brand messaging with a smile, handing out samples, playing games, distributing prizes, and roasting s’mores or making snacks.

Logistics:

• PARKING: A free parking option or stipend will be provided.
• MILEAGE: Mileage will not be reimbursed.
