Lids/Lululemon University Setup Help

We are seeking adaptable and motivated individuals for a Set-up/Labor Help position supporting our event at Penn State University. This role is crucial for both the initial setup and subsequent dismantle of our event space, which will feature brands such as Lids and Lululemon.

Key responsibilities include:

• Unloading box trucks and unpacking display properties.
• Heavy lifting and assembly of display assets and graphics.
• Assisting the onsite manager with the complete setup of the event space.
• Aiding in the dismantle process and repacking assets after the event concludes.

Please note that heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and ladder climbing will be required for this position.

Dates and Times:

• Set Up: Friday, October 24th – approximately 6-8 hours, exact times to be determined.
• Dismantle: Saturday, October 25th – approximately 4 hours, after the event is complete, exact times to be determined.

Availability on both days is mandatory.

Attire: A solid-colored, unbranded shirt (preferably black) is required. Shorts/t-shirts and sneakers are appropriate. Please ensure clothing has no large logos, pictures, sayings, or holes. Remember to bring your own food and drinks for breaks.
