Protein Bar In-Store Demos

We are seeking sales-driven Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading better-for-you snack brand. This role involves conducting in-store demonstrations at Sprouts, focusing on non-alcoholic beverages or food, specifically protein bars. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about health, wellness, and engaging professionally with shoppers.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct engaging in-store demos to introduce shoppers to the product.
• Confidently educate and drive sales through product sampling and strong consumer engagement.
• Contact stores in advance to confirm demo details.
• Work independently and manage your own setup.

Requirements:

• Must own a table and tablecloth for demo setup.
• Previous demo or sales experience required.
• Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality.
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable with logging in/out of our platform and completing a recap form within 24 hours of each demo.

September Demo Scheduling Cadence:

• 2 demos per location
• Days: Thursday through Sunday
• Shift Length: 4 hours per demo

Compensation:

• Pay: $30/hr
• Bonus opportunity available.
• Payments are made via Gusto Direct Deposit every other Friday.
