Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform various duties including, but not limited to:
- Provide exceptional liquor, wine, and beer service to clients at bars and special events.
- Hold a 2 lbs Sterling Silver platter for at least 30 minutes.
- Balance a Sterling Silver tray with up to 6 champagne or highball glassware at a time.
- Open and pour champagne gently without spilling.
- Stand for the entire duration of the shift while maintaining a poised and professional demeanor.
