About This Role

MKTG is seeking exceptional Brand Ambassadors with experience in sales, customer engagement, or promotions to join an exciting new program for a leading retail brand.

This program focuses on educating consumers and promoting membership sign-ups for a subscription service offered by a popular retail brand. Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for confidently discussing the service and its benefits, engaging consumers, and facilitating new membership sign-ups. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly, and possess strong customer service and sales skills.

Brand Ambassador Role:

  • Confidently approach consumers
  • Explain the subscription service and its benefits
  • Assist with light setup and breakdown of promotional materials
  • Be goal-oriented with a focus on membership sign-ups
  • Be fearless in engaging with the public

Program Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, starting September 6th – October 26th.

Activation Hours: Each activation is 8 hours, with 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for breakdown.

  • Saturday – Sunday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Location: Local retail stores in the Tampa, FL area.

Uniform: Branded Polo + hat, Black/Khaki shorts or pants, and clean, comfortable black sneakers.

Training: All Brand Ambassadors are required to attend a paid virtual training session.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, customer engagement, or promotions is required.
  • Must be confident in talking about the service and benefits.
  • Customer service/sales experience is necessary.
  • Must be confident, well-spoken, and comfortable approaching consumers.
  • Fearless when approaching the public is a must.
  • Sales experience and being goal-oriented are required.
  • Ability to attend a paid virtual training session is required.
