Job Overview
The Lynne Experience is seeking three enthusiastic Promotional Specialists for a wine sampling event at the upcoming Tampa Pig Jig on October 18. This outdoor festival presents a wonderful opportunity to engage with a diverse crowd while promoting various wines.
Shift Details
We have three shifts available:
- 1st Specialist: Arrive at 11 AM for setup and sampling until 4 PM.
- 2nd Specialist: Begin at 2 PM (arrive at 1:30 PM) for sampling duties until 8 PM.
- 3rd Specialist: Start at 4 PM (arrive at 3:30 PM) to assist with sampling and breakdown until 11 PM.
Uniform and Logistics
- Attire: Jeans shorts, white tank top, and comfortable shoes (cowboy boots optional).
- Parking: The event takes place in a park; parking fees will be reimbursed, or you may take an Uber to the venue.
- Bag Policy: A clear bag is required due to the concert setting; personal items such as portable chargers are permitted.
Responsibilities
- Ice down wines upon arrival.
- Maintain cleanliness at the wine bar.
- Pour samples for guests while discussing the wines.
- Assist with cleanup at the event's conclusion.
