About This Role
We are seeking sales-driven and motivated Brand Ambassadors to represent a premier Kitchen and Bath Remodeling company. This exciting opportunity involves engaging with shoppers, educating them about services, and setting up appointments for in-home consultations at activation events inside local Costco stores.
Compensation: Ambassadors will receive a $25 bonus for every lead that is set up and verified for an appointment by the client. The goal is to generate a minimum of 2 leads per hour.
Event Details:
- Dates: Every Weekend from July through August (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
- Locations: Various Costco stores throughout Michigan and Ohio
Shift Times per Day:
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM (12 hours)
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (10 hours)
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (9 hours)
Staffing: There will be 1 Brand Ambassador per shift, with 3 shifts allocated per location (one each day of the event).
Requirements: Sales experience is a PLUS and PREFERRED.
