Moment Beverage Store Demo

Moment is a line of mood-boosting botanical sodas designed to help you reset without caffeine or added sugar. Inspired by meditation, each can blends adaptogens and botanicals to support calm, clarity, and mood, making it the perfect afternoon pick-me-up or evening wind-down.

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Demo Ambassadors/Merchandisers to embody our brand and effectively place Moment products in prominent retail locations. As an Ambassador, you will collaborate closely with our team, actively participating in in-store retail demos, merchandising, and various in-market events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Love Moment: Be aligned with the company's vision and intrinsically motivated to make a difference, which is the most important responsibility in any early-stage startup role.
• Managing In-Store Demos: Conduct engaging product demonstrations at retail locations.
• Educating Customers: Provide in-depth product knowledge and share the compelling story behind Moment.
• Merchandising: Secure secondary product placements, set up displays, apply IRCs/coupons, and arrange cans properly on shelves.
• Monitoring Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback, track demo success, and event effectiveness.
• Representing Moment at Retail Events: Set up event spaces, showcase products, offer samples to consumers, and facilitate local product drops.

Requirements:

• Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to develop and leverage relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to new environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to commit 2-8 hours per week.
• Availability to travel and work on weekends.
• Must have access to a car and reliable transportation.

In-Store Demo Incentive Structure:

We offer two payment tiers based on the number of demos completed.
