Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience, plus performance bonuses, bringing total compensation to between $70,000 and $80,000

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, and lead field canvassing teams

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
