Experiential Event Logistics Support

We are seeking dedicated Event Logistics Managers to join our team in Los Angeles or Orange County. We are looking to fill 1-2 positions to support a variety of experiential events.

Responsibilities include operating a 26’ box truck for transport to our Torrance warehouse, managing load-in and load-out procedures, and providing comprehensive on-site event support. You will be responsible for assembling event assets and troubleshooting any issues that arise, while effectively collaborating with the broader event team.

• Drive up to a 26’ box truck to our Torrance warehouse
• Load-in, load-out, and on-site event support
• Assemble assets and troubleshoot as needed
• Collaborate effectively with the event team

Requirements for this position include a clean driving record and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. Candidates should be handy with tools and possess reliable transportation. Excellent communication skills and prior field event experience are essential. Forklift experience is a plus. All candidates must consent to a background check and MVR check.
