Role Overview

As a Demo Ambassador, you will embody the Moment brand and be on a mission to put our products on the shelves of prestigious retailers. We seek enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who can engage effectively with customers during retail demos and merchandising events.

Key Responsibilities

Manage in-store demos and conduct engaging product presentations at retail locations.
Educate customers by sharing in-depth product knowledge and the compelling story of Moment.
Merchandising duties including winning secondary placements, setting up displays, placing coupons, and arranging products on shelves.
Monitor feedback by collecting and analyzing customer responses and tracking demo success.
Represent Moment at retail events, showcasing products, providing samples, and facilitating local product drops.

Requirements

• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred

• Availability to work 2-8 hours per week, including weekends
