About This Role
We are seeking passionate, reliable, energetic, and experienced In-Store Demo Representatives to represent a well-known restaurant supply company. In this role, you will prepare, cook, and sample a variety of food products at wholesale restaurant supply stores, introducing customers to new products and brands.
As an In-Store Representative, you will be responsible for both cooking and non-cooking demonstrations. This involves merchandising, building strong customer relationships, gathering valuable feedback, and actively driving sales through engaging interactions with restaurant owners and chefs.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain an appealing demo station within the store.
- Prepare and distribute samples of food products to highlight product offerings.
- Engage with consumers to educate them on featured products, benefits, and ingredients, actively selling promoted products utilizing strong sales techniques.
- Comfortably discuss product suitability and application in professional kitchens with restaurant owners and chefs.
- Gather feedback from consumers and communicate it effectively to appropriate teams.
Cooking skills are required for this task. Examples of dishes you may prepare include:
- Deep frying chicken tenders
- Searing fish filets
- Burgers/Hot Sandwiches
- Smoothies

Compensation: Pay is based on location and paid as a W2 Employee.
Schedule:
- Dates: March, 2025 - Ongoing
- Days: Monday - Friday (No weekends!)
- Duration: 4-hour demos
- Shift Times:
- 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
- 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
- Details: 1-6 demos per week on a weekly basis, with opportunities for double shifts. This is a regularly occurring schedule, with the same location for every shift.
