Laughing Tiger Product Demo

Mariano Events is seeking enthusiastic and professional Brand Ambassadors to represent Laughing Tiger in exciting in-store demonstrations. This role involves engaging directly with consumers to promote and drive sales for a variety of products.

We are searching for individuals who are friendly, outgoing, professional, well-spoken, reliable, and self-motivated, with excellent verbal communication skills. Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for generating brand sales through dynamic consumer engagement and educating customers on product benefits.

To ensure your success, all Brand Ambassadors are required to participate in our online training and product education programs.

We're looking for candidates with the following qualities:

• Must be outgoing, professional, reliable, and motivated
• Comfortable interacting with consumers, speaking in front of crowds, and engaging with clients
• 1-2 years of promotional and/or tradeshow experience
• Must have a reliable form of transportation to event locations
• Ability to lift 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Arriving on time for all scheduled events
• Retaining brand knowledge through training calls and presentations, and intelligently communicating key message points to consumers
• Attracting, interacting with, and encouraging consumers to participate in demonstrations
• Directing consumers to the various products being sampled
• Distributing premiums and maintaining accurate inventory of sampled products
• Collecting feedback from target consumers
• Setting up, maintaining, and breaking down event spaces
• Having knowledge of standard food safety rules and maintaining cleanliness of the event area
• Communicating all urgent matters to Supervisors/Managers during events
• Adhering to uniform policy

This position requires participation in 3-4 hour demonstrations on weekends with a competitive pay rate of $28 per hour.
