Beazley Office Coffee Activation

We are seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors for the Beazley Office Stop events. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming and efficient experience.

Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, assisting with registration, and guiding them through interactive touchscreen experiences. You will also be responsible for replenishing supplies and ensuring each guest leaves with a keepsake, a beverage, and a smile.

We are also looking for Brand Ambassadors comfortable working at our barista station. This involves operating a one-touch coffee machine to prepare lattes and teas, as well as serving pre-made hot and iced coffee.

• Wednesday, October 29th - Beazley Office Stop (Internal - Part Two)
  • Time: 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM
  • Location: Outside Beazley office West Hartford
• Wednesday, October 29th - Beazley Office Stop (External)
  • Time: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
  • Location: Potentially the Delamar lot
• Thursday, October 30th - Broker Office Stop: Aon Norwalk
  • Time: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM
  • Location: Aon Norwalk Office
• Thursday, October 30th - Broker Office Stop: Marsh Norwalk
  • Time: 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM
  • Location: To be provided by Brendan Dunn

Compensation: $28/hour. Payroll is processed every Friday. Payments can be made via Cashapp, Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle.
