About This Role
We are seeking two Brand Ambassadors for upcoming promotions in the Greater West Palm Area. Brand Ambassadors will represent the Espolon brand and offer samples to customers. Giveaways and point-of-sale (POS) materials will be provided.
Position Title: Brand Ambassador(s)
Status: Temporary/part-time. Non-exempt
Reports To: Market Manager
Location: Miami
Hourly Rate: $40 - Subject to overtime pay per applicable laws. All hours worked must be pre-approved.
Goal: To introduce customers and patrons to Aperol and encourage product tasting. Product will be pre-purchased, and POS will be provided.
Job Summary: SoHo Experiential LLC, an experiential marketing company based in New York City, is looking for energetic and outgoing individuals to join our promotional team. This team is responsible for engaging potential customers at events and retail locations to generate brand awareness and drive sales through interactive demonstrations and product information sharing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Actively approach and interact with potential customers, providing detailed product information and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm.
- Brand Representation: Professionally represent the company image and brand values through positive interactions and appropriate attire.
- Event Setup: Assist in setting up promotional booths and displays at events, ensuring a visually appealing presentation of products.
- Reporting: Track key performance metrics and submit detailed reports on customer interactions and event results.
Qualifications:
- Outgoing Personality: Energetic and enthusiastic demeanor with a natural ability to connect with people.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, depending on event schedules.
- Must be 21 years of age or older (required for service of alcohol) and possess all applicable required credentials.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or event marketing.
- Knowledge of the Adult Beverage/Spirits Industry.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
