Florida Blue Brand Ambassador Event

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador Team Lead for Florida Blue events. This role involves comprehensive event management, from logistics to guest engagement, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

As a Brand Ambassador Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Picking up event assets, such as a tent, table cover, giveaways, games, and shirts, from a storage unit in West Palm, and transporting them to the event location.
• Setting up the tent and all associated assets at the event site.
• Acting as both a Team Lead and a Brand Ambassador during the event.
• Greeting and checking in guests, taking photos, and educating attendees on Florida Blue offerings.
• Motivating and ensuring high energy and professionalism from other brand ambassadors present at the event.
• Ensuring client satisfaction with both the event and the staff.
• Overseeing the breakdown of the event setup.
• Transporting all assets back to the designated storage unit.
• Checking in and checking out with the manager for each event.

The pay rate for this position is $35 per hour. If hired, candidates must promptly complete a 3-part onboarding process, which includes an I9 verification.

Required Qualifications:

• Fully speak and understand English.
• Experience as a Brand Ambassador Manager.
• Valid Driver's License.
