Role Overview
In partnership with 2020 Companies, HP is seeking a Territory Retail Sales Representative. This exciting position requires visiting 1 to 4 stores daily to effectively promote and increase sales of HP products. As a representative of HP, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness and enhancing the retail experience through strategic product placements, engaging store displays, and building rapport within your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate HP products to store management, staff, and customers at assigned retailers.
- Increase sales and product awareness through training sessions and hands-on consumer interactions.
- Achieve and maintain program KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Build strong relationships within your territory at each retailer, fostering collaboration with management and staff.
- Schedule and facilitate sales and product training sessions to inform and engage retail associates.
- Monitor customer needs and make relevant product recommendations.
- Document and report on sales activities, schedules, and best practices.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards in merchandising at retail locations.
- Coach and mentor part-time co-workers within your territory.
- Manage your territory independently with minimal supervision.
